This information will illustrate the purposes and methods with which the Data Controller acquires and processes the personal data of Users, which categories of data are being processed, what rights the interested parties have pursuant to the Regulation and how they can be exercised.

The information is provided exclusively for the Site, with the Company's exclusion of liability linked to consultations of third-party websites consulted via hyperlinks.

The processing covered by the information will be carried out using suitable paper, electronic and/or telematic tools in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the User's IT environment.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The Data Controller will acquire any personal data provided by the User through the contact forms available on the Site.

By way of example, the Site will acquire personal data provided directly by the User (such as name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address) and sensitive data. Furthermore, the Data Controller may process any other information that the User communicates, on his own spontaneous initiative, through the contact forms on the Site. The data provided by the User must only concern the common data strictly necessary in order to allow the evaluation of the candidate's profile and professional aptitudes and abilities. Please do not provide other data, in particular those relating to your health, religious beliefs and political opinions. However, these data will not be used by the Data Controller.

The data indicated in the previous paragraph will be processed by the Data Controller:

- to allow the User to browse the Site;

- in order to follow up on a request from the User, as part of the execution of the legal relationship existing with the Owner.

The Data Controller may communicate, for the same purposes indicated in the previous paragraph 2, some of the User's personal data also to third parties, who will process their personal data as data controllers pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation.

The list of any data controllers can be requested from the Data Controller at any time by writing to Roseni 13, Harju maakond, 10111, Tallin, Kesklinna Linnaosa.

The Data Controller will retain the data for as long as necessary to pursue the purposes described in this information and, in particular, to allow the User to use the services made available through the Site. Once this period has expired, the Data Controller may retain the Users' data for a further period in order to fulfill legal obligations or protect one's interests in court.
